Shipping Policy (Café GotSoul)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after processing and are estimates that may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak periods.

  • Canada: 4–6 business days

  • United States: 8–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8–10 business days

  • Other countries: Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

Tracking

If your shipping method includes tracking, it will be sent by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Café GotSoul is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears delayed, please allow a little extra time for carrier processing—especially during holidays. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and item(s) (if damaged)
